• Please advise in writing if you would like your domain deactivated at the end of it's registration period (or cancel auto-renew yourself from within your domain portal)

• If subscription renewals are not paid, sites will be unlinked from personalised domain.

• It is the domain owners responsibility to keep their credit card up to date within the domain portal otherwise domain ownership may be lost, and connected sites/emails delisted.

• Domain renewal notices will come via email from "LMM designs" automated system and should be marked as "not spam", and contact details saved in your contact book.

• Domains will show up on your credit card as a purchase through overwriter "TPP Wholesale"

Ideally you want your primary domain (website) to match your business’ main trading name and social media handles

• Trading Name - i.e. Your Business

• Primary Domain - i.e. yourbusiness.com

• Social Profiles - i.e instagram.com/yourbusiness (@yourbusiness)

HOW DO I ENSURE OTHERS DON’T BUY SIMILAR DOMAIN NAMES TO MINE?

You can’t. So it’s recommended you secure as many domains as you can afford and point them all to your primary domain. If your registered business name is lengthy, it is recommended you shorten it to your trading name. If you are a standard Australian business you have a number of domain extensions to choose from - if available, we recommend securing:

1. yourbusiness.au

2. yourbusiness.com.au

3. yourbusiness.com
